The
Pocher Mercedes-Benz chassis can be a 500K four-seat cabriolet or a
500K roadster with rumble seat. Our models feature metal wire wheels
and working rumble seats, along with a full complement of our cast metal
details.
Details
like mother-of-pearl dashboard inserts, glove leather upholstery, and
an assortment of accessory lights and horns make the Pocher Mercedes
one of our most varied offerings. As always, each model is one-off.
When
given enough provocation, Model Motorcars have been known
to take drastic measures with the Pocher Rumble Seat roadsters. After
unspeakable recklessness, the trimmed and twisted pieces can be wrestled
into one of our Spezial Roadsters, complete with scratch-built metal
hoods and all of the details and changes that result in a 540K engine.
So far four of these projects have seen the light of day, and each is
distinct in details and colors. Unlike our other Mercedes models, nearly
every component of our Spezial Roadster is modified from the stock Pocher
specifications.
