Tried contacting this vendor at least three times regarding the status of this order. No response. Finally, after a month of waiting, I called my credit card company to dispute my purchase and received a credit after waiting one week. In addition, after over two months of waiting, I received an e-mail from the vendor stating that my storage box had shipped via USPS. When I received the package in the mail, I took it to the post office stating that I refused delivery. The post office then returned the package to the vendor.
Never again!
