The width of the nut (flat to flat) is 1.5mm. A 1.5mm wrench is required for 1.0mm hex nuts. The 1.0mm dimension refers to the diameter of the threaded hole in the nut.
Their .6mm nuts are one of the last small scale scratch built model parts I don’t actually make myself. They are always within the tolerances I need to thread onto the bolts I make in my shop. 5-Star
